f o r m a t i o is a private bilingual school with public rights which adheres to the Liechtenstein primary, secondary, and high school (Gymnasium) curricula.
f o r m a t i o is run as a day school at all levels. Classes are taught in German and English.
The primary school (grades 1-5) is divided into two levels. The first three years encompass the school-entry level, and the fourth and fifth year make up the secondary preparation level. Children who can already read, write, or do arithmetic before they are 6 can apply for the “Early Reading / Early Math” programme.
The secondary school (grades 6-9) follows a comprehensive school model.
Students with different ability levels work together toward different goals.
The university preparatory high school / “Gymnasium” (grades 9-12) offers the Lingua profile. Qualified students work toward an internationally recognized higher education entrance examination (Matura).
Admission to f o r m a t i o is possible throughout the school year. School tuition fees must be paid.

Our school is internationally orientated. We place high emphasis on foreign language competence and offer your child the opportunity to expand his/her horizons through school trips to European and North American cultural centres. Moreover, your child will have the opportunity to have contact with peers from various European countries through active participation in European educational programmes.
