Admission procedure
We would like to invite you to get to know our innovative school concept better. Successful learning begins with good cooperation between family, school and student. In a personal initial consultation and in the form of taster days, we will discover together the conditions under which your child can learn with pleasure and success at formatio Private School.
In principle, a transfer from a public school or another private school to the formatio private school is possible at any time, even during the school year, provided that places are available and the legal requirements are met. A transfer to the 1st year of the upper secondary school can be made after the 3rd year of secondary school. Entry to the Matura class is excluded.
We will be happy to guide you through our admission process.
1. initial consultation
The admission process begins with an initial interview. Here we will clarify any questions you may have and give you a detailed insight into our school system. Please bring current report cards and any reports with you to the initial interview. After the initial interview, you will have the opportunity to register your child for taster days.
2. trial days
On one or more taster days, your child will get to know our everyday school life and the other pupils and teachers better. Competence checks in selected subjects are integrated into the taster days and serve to determine the current situation.
3. reflection discussion
After the trial days, we will discuss our impressions and assessments together. In this discussion, we will reflect on whether the formatio private school concept best meets your child’s needs and under what conditions it makes sense to admit your child.
